Payment Info:

Payment options are by Credit Card, PayPal, or E-transfer.  You will receive your invoice via email after completion – keep it for your records after payment.

Selected sessions are not processed until payment is received, delaying payment may result in space being unavailable in the case of full camp sessions.

Discount Details:

Multiple Camp Payment Discount:

Help us reduce administration time by paying for multiple sessions in one payment.  Adding multiple sessions to your cart will automatically apply a $10 discount on each camp!  

Sibling Discount:

Add the sibling discount link to your cart if you are registering siblings for camp sessions.  This link is really only necessary when adding only one session to your cart, multiple items will automatically apply the same discount.

**Discounts are applied through our automated online payment checkout only!  We can not apply discounts after payment is completed**

Cancellation Policy:

We build and plan our programs, provide staffing ratios, and purchase equipment and supplies based on the registrations we receive.  Because of this, we have found it necessary to implement a strict refund policy.

Summer Sessions – A refund of camp fees is available if requested via camp email prior to June 15 of the camp year.  Cancellation of part of your paid sessions may result in the loss of your ‘multi-camp payment discount’ and will result in that portion subtracted from your refund total. There will be no refund of fees after June 15 of the camp year.

March Break – A refund of camp fees is available if requested via camp email prior to March 1 of the camp year.  Cancellation of part of your paid sessions may result in the loss of your ‘multi-camp payment discount’ and will result in that portion subtracted from your refund total. There will be no refund of fees after March 1 of the camp year.

PA Day Package – PA Day Camps run based on an adequate number of pre-purchased packages.  Option ends and a decision is made in September, prior to the start of the school season.  PA Day Packages are nonrefundable (see ‘Cancelled Session’ below).

Cancelled Session – If an insufficient number of campers have registered for a particular program, that program may be cancelled at the discretion of WLC (with as much notice as possible).  A refund of related fees will be applied.
