Guest Details:
Our site is an outdoor natural wooded area and is recommended for groups comfortable with the rugged elements. Please, advise your group to dress for the season and conditions, including closed toe shoes/boots. Consider bringing bug spray, sunscreen, water bottles, and anything you may need to make your visit comfortable.
Composting outhouses and a handwashing sink are available seasonally (sink water is non-potable and shutoff in winter). Note* we bring in potable water for bottle refills – we ask that guests bring reusable water bottles.
Guests are welcome to bring prepared food and beverage – a service table and canopy can be provided.ย There are no cooking facilities available.
Adult chaperons are required with an average 1/10 ratio or better based on the needs of participants. Children require adult supervision at all times. Guests are responsible for their group at all times, including: first aid, medical, behavioural, or other issues. Wild Life Academy reserves the right to expel guests for inappropriate conduct at our discretion (i.e. property damage, disrespectful language, etc.).
Closed toe shoes are required. Fitness wear with long sleeves and pants is highly recommended. ‘Mud’ run requested events will be provided as the final activity (so participants can go home to clean up – bring towels).
