A booking fee is required with your reservation in order to confirm our facilitator and prepare your event. If you delay making payment beyond the indicated time, please contact us to reconfirm that the date/time is still available before making payment.
Booking fees include up to the indicated number of participants. Pay for additional participants online (in case you are uncertain of final numbers, we suggest adding closer to your event) or by cash only at the location. We use PayPal security – You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

Payment & Cancellation Policy for Team Centre Bookings: Team Centre bookings can be rescheduled with minimum 48 hours notice prior to the originally scheduled booking date. Additional players are refundable, booking fee portions are non-refundable.
